A Slew Of Cheesecakes

My mother and grandmother were huge cheesecake fans, my mother was probably even a bit more over-the-edge. Oddly, I don't care for it much. I remember over the years their unending quest for the 'perfect' cheesecake recipe.  So, I decided to post a series... of their cheesecakes.  Lord knows, there's enough.  I've counted ten so far, there may be more mixed in I've missed, who knows.  

Here's the first one, which actually starts with a mix and was my mother's.  She was all about secrets like that and hitting people with the 'wow' factor.  After they drooled and complimented she'd add casually, 'and would you believe it starts with a mix?'  She loved to see the eyes pop and the jaw drop over something she'd done.  Well, here's to Cheesecake Week on Grandma Cake.  I'm saving the one marked 'best!' for last.
